Dog & Cat Nutritional Assessment
In order to establish a Nutritional Assessment, you will receive by email a questionnaire concerning the eating habits of your animal, type of food, brand, ration, quantity, supplements, etc. ... once completed by you, you will send me this questionnaire by email, with the requested attachments. If so, I will get back to you if I need more details. Within 15 days to 3 weeks, I will come back to you by video, by phone or at home according to the chosen formula, in order to take stock of the nutritional assessment and to explain the personalized program recommended for an accompaniment or a food rebalancing. A follow-up session may or may not be necessary depending on the complexity of the issue.
